Refund Policy

How refunds, cancellations and payments are handled across our projects and services.

01Project Payments

Project fees are agreed in advance and documented in the applicable statement of work. Once work has commenced, amounts corresponding to completed effort are non-refundable. Any refund eligibility for uncommenced work is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

02Milestone Payments

For milestone-based engagements, each milestone payment covers the work delivered up to that milestone. Payments for accepted or completed milestones are non-refundable. Undelivered future milestones may be eligible for a refund if the engagement is cancelled before that work begins.

03Digital Services

Digital services and deliverables that have been provided, deployed or made accessible are considered rendered and are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed otherwise.

04Subscription Refunds

Subscription fees are billed in advance for the applicable period. You may cancel at any time to prevent future renewals. Fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable unless required by law.

05Cancellation Policy

To cancel an engagement or subscription, contact us in writing. Cancellation stops future billing and future work. Any outstanding amounts for work already performed remain payable.

06Non-refundable Services

  • Completed development, design or consulting work.
  • Third-party costs, licences and fees incurred on your behalf.
  • Custom work that has been delivered and accepted.
  • Discounted or promotional services, unless stated otherwise.

07Exceptions

Refunds may be granted at our discretion in exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate billing or a documented failure to deliver contracted services. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
